Fabasoft developed the Cloud App Conference Management for the management of conferences in the Cloud.
Via the Cloud App Conference Management a conference can be planned and held online. A conference includes conference documents, speakers, participants and work groups.
Speech documents - presentations and case studies for example - can be created directly in Folio Cloud and reliably stored. They are available to the speakers as well the participants anywhere and at anytime. Also via iPhone and BlackBerry.
The conference host can select the speakers from the contacts and invite them to the online preparation of the conference. Certain conference documents can be made available online before the conference to registered participants.
During the conference participants can organize themselves in teams to exchange views on certain topics.
After the conference the host can place the entire collection of conference documents available online via Folio Cloud.
