Importing data into Fabasoft Folio Cloud

General

There are several ways of importing data and documents into Fabasoft Folio Cloud

• Drag'n'Drop from your Filesystem
• Drag'n'Drop from Microsoft Outlook
• Import via Extras-Menu
• Import via clipboard

Before importing navigate to the desired folder which you want to import to (e.g. the Home folder)

"Drag'n'Drop"

Simply drag your documents into the (red marked area in the screenshot) browsers window, to drop this files release the mouse button. Due to securtity reasons this has to be confirmed by clicking "OK" on the upcoming dialogue box.

Import Button

Click the Import Button, choose the appropriate file in the next window using the "Browse" button and click "Next". The above mentioned security warning has to be confirmed likewise.

To access the menu bar, which contains the Import entry your user profile must be set to "Edit" (see Account > Basic Settings > Type of Usage). Click "Tools", "Import", choose the appropriate file in the next window using the "Browse" button and click "Next". The above mentioned security warning has to be confirmed likewise.
