- Organizations purchase editions, online storage and Cloud Apps centrally for all members. The administration of these important Cloud features gives your company a better overview and more control.
- With organization logos your company can gain a higher recognition value for all team rooms and portal pages. It is even possible to adapt the Folio Cloud color scheme to your brand. Individual themes can be made available via a Cloud App.
Management of members
- The administrators of your organization invite members to join the organization and can edit their contact details in order to ensure a standardized, professional external image. In the case of personnel changes, you can terminate a user's membership. You also have the option to define a substitute for the departing member, who then takes over the previous user's access rights and functions.
- With organizational units such as "sales" or "marketing" you can model your business hierarchy in the Cloud. Assign group access rights to content in Folio Cloud to avoid having to manually give individuals access.
Security
- The secure and convenient authentication with client certificates is available to your company if you purchase the edition leggero or medio. Users of this method of authentication are marked as being "trustworthy".
- Organizations have the possibility to set a minimum security level for their members. For example they can determine that all organization members must log in with digital ID. This increases the protection for sensitive company data.
- If you want to keep private and professional separate: Define that new team rooms and objects are automatically attributed to the organization. All documents in the Cloud are therefore attributed to the organization's online storage.
