The email program Microsoft Outlook archives emails in socalled PST files. Import these PST files into a team room in the Cloud. That way, your emails are securely and realiably stored in Folio Cloud and will never be lost. Plus, this allows you access your archived emails anytime and anywhere - even on your smartphone or tablet.
Make searching in emails and email attachments easier by using Mindbreeze
Utilize the Mindbreeze search in Folio Cloud through the „Mindbreeze“ portal under „Home“ to access your archived emails.
Mindbreeze doesn't just retrieve all archived emails that contain the search terms. Also the content of email attachments is included. If your search term is mentioned in a word document that was attached to an email in your archive, also the attachment will be displayed in your search results.
By clicking on a search result you can open and even resend your archived email.
Grant individual access rights to archived emails
If you, for instance, archive emails of a company inbox you can grant individual reading access rights for this team room. This enables those who were granted access to also search the emails archived in this team room.
