You can collaborate with your contacts using Team Rooms. With Team Rooms it is also possible to define the access rights (Read Access, Change Access and Full Control) for your contacts or teams. Procedure:
- Create a Team Room
- Define access rights for your contacts or teams
- Import your documents, photos, etc. to your Team Room
- Send invitations for this Team Room to your contacts

To create a Team Room, please click the New-Button on the Desktop ore the related function from the Tips field.

Click Collaboration/Team Room and then use Next.

Choose a name for the Team Room.

To grant access rights for a contact or a team to your Team Room, please type the surname in the Find window, press enter und choose the right contact.

You can also create new contact or teams using the button New.

Import the documents which you want to share with your contacts and teams using the Import button. If you have the Fabasoft Folio Plug-ins installed, you can also use drag and drop to import this documents.

In this case there are two documents to share.

As the last step you need to invite your contacts by e-mail. Therefore please open the context menu (right mouse button) on the Team Room and use Share ore the related function from the Tips field.

Choose a text for the invitation and click Send.
After these steps you and your contacts can use this Team Room for collaboration.
