You determine who is allowed to enter your Folio Cloud team rooms. And you define what access rights a contact has. You have full control at all times.
- Read only: A contact can only read documents in the team room.
- Change rights: A contact has full editing rights and can add documents to the team room.
- Full control: A contact can also invite new contacts to the team room and assign access rights.
Your Cloud Data Stays in Europe
The saving of data takes place in high performance data centers in Europe.
- Business documents in team rooms lie physically only in data centers in central Europe. Therefore European standards for security, reliability and data protection apply.
- Cloud data is kept permanently synchronized in two mirrored data centers in Austria so that a fail over is possible at any time.
- In addition a continuous backup of the data is held in a thrid data center. As the Cloud expands even further, further data center locations will be integrated.
- In future each customer will be able to decide at which data center location they want their data to be stored.
