Managing Digital Records in the Cloud
The Folio Cloud App Classification Scheme supports the management of business records in the Cloud. They are not only ready at hand at all times but also meet compliance requirements, regardless of whether they are legal or in-house standards.
With the Cloud App Classification Scheme you'll never have to worry about record segregation ever again. Just define a retention period for any given document and the system will delete it automatically after this period expires. It's also possible (and more likely!) to have the system automatically ask what to do once its time has run out.
It's also possible to protect entire document structures from deletion. That's how you'll have everything handy when you need it, even many years later!
