Managing Digital Records in the Cloud

The Fabasoft Folio Cloud App Classification Scheme supports the management of business records in the Cloud. They are not only ready at hand at all times but also meet compliance requirements, regardless of whether they are legal or in-house standards.

The files and records in the classification scheme are given a classification code, are unchangeable, traceable and thus approved for digital audits. Fabasoft is ISO 27001 certified and has passed the PricewaterhouseCoopers test procedure for SAS 70 Type II as well as for revision-safe archiving. Moreover, Fabasoft Folio Cloud already meets the MoReq2 criteria.

With the Cloud App Classification Scheme you'll never have to worry about record segregation ever again. Just define a retention period for any given document and the system will delete it automatically after this period passes. It's also possible (and more likely!) to have the system automatically ask what to do once its time has run out.
