Whether for headteachers, administrators, coordinators or teachers - this Cloud App makes your day to day school administrative tasks easy!
All documents, preparations, reports or minutes clearly structured according to class or object and can be made available to relevant respective colleagues if needed. This enables the collective processing of materials, the standardized use of templates and the efficient re-usage of high quality information. Pupils can also be integrated into specific projects.
The possibilities to communicate directly via news feeds or online discussions and to call contacts via Skype (see the free Cloud App „Call with Skype“) are particularly useful.
School and class dates are also displayed clearly under timetables for classes and teachers. The calendars are also available on the iPhone for example, so that you never forget a meeting.
Reports to pupils, for example notifications or school trip confirmations, can be created with a simple mouse click from the respective context menu.

These templates can be adapted to the relevant data with the free software BIRT (siehe http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads).
Pupil and teacher data are integrated via CSV import so that the data transfer and continuous data comparison, of address and contact information for example, is as easy and effortless as possible.
