Access to documents using Microsoft Windows and web folder

You can access your documents in Fabasoft Folio Cloud not only via a web browser but also via a web folder in the Microsoft Windows Explorer with WebDAV.

Windows 7 and Windows Vista

To configure a web folder for use with Fabasoft Folio Cloud, perform the following steps: 

1. Open Microsoft Windows Explorer 
2. Open the „Tools“ menu (press the ALT key) 
3. Select „Map Network Drive“.
4. Enter the following URL in the Folder field and click „Finish“: https://folio.fabasoft.com/folio/webdav

You are asked to provide your user name and password. Enter this data according to the information provided for your Fabasoft Folio Cloud account. You can now access your folder structure via Microsoft Windows Explorer.

Windows XP

To use this functionality you must install the latest updates for Windows XP (Service Pack 3 and all following updates).

1. Open the Microsoft Windows Explorer
2. Open the "Tools" menu
3. Select "Map Network Drive"

4. Click "Sign up for online storage or connect to a network server"

5. Click "Next"

6. Click "Choose another network location ..." and click "Next"

7. Enter the URL https://www.foliocloud.com/folio/webdav into the field "Internet or network address"

8. Enter your Fabasoft Folio Cloud credentials and click "OK"

9. Enter a descriptive name and click "Next"

10. Click "Finish"

11. Now a Windows Explorer Folder opens, which is directly connected to Fabasoft Folio Cloud.
