Fabasoft has collaborated with Ricoh to provide an innovative solution for the integration of Folio Cloud in Ricoh multifunctional systems. The result bears the trademarks of Folio Cloud as the business Cloud collaboration tool: agility, flexibility and dynamism!

The Solution

The Cloud App enables the login to the Cloud via the touch screen of a Ricoh MFP, without needing a computer. This means that you have full access to your confidential documents and the possibility to print them out on the spot. But maybe you also want to scan business documents to the Cloud? This is just as easy!

Regardless of whether you want to scan or print, you can navigate through your team rooms with your fingertip. The display is kept so clear that you can quickly find your way from the word go. Saving and printing out couldn't be easier.

You can simply print out handouts and presentations from the location where you need them. Hand-written notes can also sit comfortably in a secure team room rather than having to ensure the hectic transportation in the depths of a briefcase.

Access to the Cloud is of course encrypted. The login with digital ID such as the Austrian citizen card and German ID card offer the highest level of security. This function is supported on Ricoh multifunctional systems, in addition to login with usernames and password.
